【90 Days Challenge】- record
Week2: 2018/03/03~03/09
Principles:
* Couldn't do overweight training too much, due to spine disorder.
* Restricting the training time in 2hours, do not live in the gym.
* Preparing for the ACE-CPT exam and train for the Spartan.
* Reduce my horrible body fat.
(Start from about 22-24%)
* Providing the quotes motivated you and me everyday.
* Absorbing extra knowledge may improve myself.
* Do the rehabilitation three times per week.

9.腦中想好了,嘴喊準備了,請問行動了?
10.在人生的道路上,不是直行就是彎道,走不下去可以轉彎,但絕對沒有回頭路!

12.什麼叫行動力-抱歉!我先去做了!
13.承諾得遵守,承諾得做到,除此之外,都叫藉口!
14.拋掉外在修飾,棄掉虛假點綴,還剩下什麼,才是真正的自己。
訓練時間的管控還沒到位,但原則性不容破壞,
兩小時一到,沒訓練完也強迫自己走出健身房!
雖然設定了未來的目標,因為牽涉轉換跑道引發信心不足,
回到學校尋求老師的意見,獲得肯定後讓我放手去衝,
親戚家人朋友對於未來的關心,很感謝!
但真沒做出什麼之前,不敢透露,導致心中壓力不斷累加...
學習的過程中大大發現自己的不足,必須更加充實自己才能跟上周遭的腳步!
Lacking sufficiently confident, but we have to struggle in the life as possible.
Getting lots of care along with lots of pressure.
But, I do really know I am nothing at all.
Executed the plan secretly and seriously.
The more I knew the more I need to learn.
